Are YOU Living the Good Girl Life?
Do you feel as if you're invisible and being left in the dust in your career and elsewhere?
Do you find yourself saying "yes" because you fear making others mad or not like you?
Do you constantly feel exhausted, pissed off, and resentful, but continue to wear a smile anyway?
It all starts when we're little girls, being taught to be nice, to be helpful, and to sacrifice our own needs even when it causes us to suffer.
Instead of feeling invisible, resentful, and fearful, wouldn't you rather:
Be more successful in your career than ever?
Say no without worrying if you will make somebody mad?
Be the woman who lives an even bigger, badder, and more bitchin’ life
than you ever gave yourself permission to have?
Drop the “good girl” and find joyful success. My free training will show you the 5 shifts you can make to put yourself first and get out of survival mode.

I'm a warrior for women who don't yet know how to stand in their power, and I founded Crazy Busy Women in Balance in 2018 to help women who are feeling stretched too thin to find clarity and an effective path toward success without sacrificing their dreams, priorities, or life!
As an entrepreneur and a single working mom, I understand the challenges that come from trying to find a work-life balance. I believe in supporting women and building meaningful connections with the women I coach.
I have helped numerous individuals and companies strategize and navigate communication as a strategic communicator, executive coach, media spokesperson, and business “therapist”.

Juggling a successful career with family, friendships, and time for self-care
Being overlooked for promotions more than ever because they’re even more invisible in our new virtual world
Considering taking a demotion, cut in pay, or quitting altogether because there’s nothing left to give

It wasn’t until I was locked away in a bathroom stall at a swanky LA restaurant feeling crazy guilty over my crazy busy life that I realized EXACTLY what it was costing me. While I wanted to be at home with my sick daughter, I was having a schmooze-fest with clients because I wanted to be the Go-To Girl.
And I had an epiphany: the people around me didn’t ask me to do it all because they respected me. They asked because they knew I would get it done and they could go on with their lives. I was Reliable Marie, Doer of All the Things.
But what would happen if I said no?
Would they still like me?
Would I still be valuable to my team?
How would everything get done?
I wasn’t giving them enough credit. If they truly wanted something done, they would find a way to make it happen. I was the Easy Button for them,
but they’d figure it out… with or without me.
The thought rattled me to my core.
I joined coaching programs. I learned the earth-shattering, eye-opening new rules of my life that didn’t involve being good, liked, or overwhelmed. I made it my life’s mission to enjoy the freedom and success that the others in my life were living. I went to therapy.
And mind-blowingly, no matter how many boundaries I set, I find that people still do like me. But more than that? They RESPECT me.
Through this incredible journey, I learned just how much influence our Good Girl training has on us. We not only learn that we have to be liked, but we learn that women who do stand in their power are seen as difficult, mean, and bitchy.
And what woman wants to be seen as difficult, mean, and bitchy?
